Born during the COVID lockdown as sister brand Birdman’s response for takeaway and delivery, EKIBEN KITCHEN met instant success and quickly evolved into its own brand. Today, with its own kitchen, located inside Ikigai Japanese Market, EKIBEN KITCHEN has become the welcoming meeting point for those in the look for a quick yet flavorful meal.
